What an apprenticeship with Reeve means.

Reeve engineer on a London street

The Reeve Academy is the place to kick start your career in the engineering trade. From day one, you'll be working alongside our team of fully qualified Maintenance Specialists, learning a range of trades hands-on.

An apprentice at Reeve not only gets all the training and skills of a traditional apprenticeship: we treat our recruits as part of the team. Expect perks, benefits, and transparent salary banding above the standard London rate.

Earn at least £14.80/hr from day one — around £29k. The legal apprentice minimum is £8.

Everything you need from your first morning.

Earn from day one.

Paid the London Living Wage minimum, not the reduced apprentice rate. Pay increases as you progress through the programme.

4 days field, 1 day study.

Real jobs in real buildings alongside a named mentor, plus structured learning with our college partner. You're an engineer from week one, not a shadow.

Full kit, day one.

Tools, uniform, tech: all provided. You look and work like a Reeve engineer from your first morning. No hidden costs, no "bring your own" surprises.

A job at the end.

Complete the Academy and there's a full engineer role waiting. The salary band is published before you start. No surprises, no negotiation games.

Functional skills support.

If you need GCSE-equivalent maths or English, we fund the course. It's not a barrier. We sort it alongside the apprenticeship.

A named mentor.

Not a different senior engineer every week. One person who knows your progression, answers your questions, and is accountable for your development.
