Do I need FM experience?
No — building services, construction, fit-out, forces backgrounds all transfer well.
Do I need a van or a driving licence?
No. Most of our engineers work by public transport with a company travel card. Tools are all provided by us.
Where will I work?
The majority of our sites are in London, Zones 1–2. Our scheduler organises your daily route by location, so a typical day should always be centred around one area.
What will my hours be?
Most of our engineers work 8am–5pm, but we have a few team members working 11am–8pm. Need something more flexible? Chat to us so we can work out options.
